JEFIT is a personal trainer app which offers more than 1300 different exercises and has animations showing you how to do them. Standard fitness tracking is also available with fitness plans with a social aspect to them as well. You can sign up at its website to keep track of your stuff there.

Google Fit has been around for quite a while and was updated last year with added functionality. It offers you stats, several tracking features and complete integration with Android Wear. Compared with other apps its still pretty simple, but if the bare basics are what you need, then this fitness app has got you covered.

Like the others, this can also track the calories burned, amount of steps and distance traveled, and more. It offers smart coaching and gives you personalized feedback to motivate you to reach your exercise goals. UP can also track your mood aside from food and drink tracking. Connecting with third party apps is also possible such as MyFitnessPal, Strava, RunKeeper etc.
Jawbone UP wearable(s) is only required for sleep tracking, and you can use the rest of the app features without it. Its free to use as well.
Couch to 5K
Couch to 5k is an app which will change you from a couch potato to a motivated runner which can do 5K (or 3.1 miles) runs. This app has a variety of tracking features and also lets you create music playlists to help motivate you to run. The app has options for zero to 10K, 5K to 10K and half marathon training if you need them.
