Kabul’s Green Zone Under Taliban Attack
KABUL: Taliban have claimed the dozen large explosions and automatic gunfire that rocked Kabul on Sunday in what appeared to be a coordinated attack across several areas of the city centre and concentrated on the heavily guarded diplomatic area, officials said.
Police officials said attacks were launched in three areas of Kabul.
According to witnesses, suicide bombers took over a Kabul hotel, launched rockets and fired rifles.
Officials said that several attackers also tried entering the Afghan parliament.
Attackers also fired a rocket-propelled grenade into a house used by British diplomats in Kabul. Smoke billowed from the building after the blast in the heavily guarded diplomatic quarter. There was no word on any casualties.
Gunfire appeared to be coming from various directions in the barricaded diplomatic area of the city, close to both the US and British embassies, and embassy alarms were sounding.
Smoke billowed from the direction of the German embassy, while explosions from rocket-propelled grenades rocked nearby buildings. The embassies were not immediately available to comment.
Afghan security forces were scrambling to reinforce areas around the so-called green zone.

They are simply attackers or militants. Where is a proof that those are Taliban ? It is clear that these are coordinated attacks devised by some regular military brains of sophisticated nature like ISI or Pak military. Only Taliban are not able to carry such daring attacks without a foreign power military brains. Only Pakistan in the world, not even Iran, is in a hurry that US and NATO should leave AFGHN immediately so that They , I mean Pakistanis can attack India moment US leaves AFGHN.

Do you have any proof that these are simply attackers/militants and NOT Taliban?? If the Afghan Taliban were so dumb that they cannot devise an attack inside Green Zone, America would have finised them a long time ago.
The thinking of ISI involvement in any such attacks is nothing more than a conspiracy theory. There is not a single piece of evidence have been emerged against ISI in any of such attacks inside the green zones of Afghanistan. Now it has become a fashion of point fingers at Pakistan & ISI for security breaches in Afghainstan. Does the ISI has more resources at their disposal than CIA for Afghanitan?!?
All the major countries of the region Iran, China, Russia and Pakistan want immediate US exit from Afghanistan except India to bring stability and peace in the region. It is rubbish to say that only Pakistan want immediate US exit from Afghanistan.

@gotya I appreciate you admitting ISI and Pak Military brains sophisticated, and its right Indians should fear Pakistan. I am not so sure if Pakistan would do this, Pakistan already has a lot of its own problems. Anyway Taliban have accepted the responsibility so we know who is behind this. Taliban or not, US/NATO is humiliated for its false victory propaganda in Afghanistan and the Taliban have proven that actions speak louder than words, next time US will think thrice before calling them weak.
They say they are training Afghan army to take over hahahahaha nothing is funnier than this in the world. Afghans have already defeated British and Soviets and now who is going to save US and NATO?
