Memogate: Judicial Democratic Backstabbers vs Pakistan Army and ISI

Submitted by Aurangzeb on January 27, 2012 – 6:49 pm8 Comments
Let us give you some harsh factual assessment of the security, political and judicial crisis in the country. Fasten your seatbelts. This one is going to hit hard.
It seems now thaat the nation is going to be disappointed staggeringly by the Supreme Court once again. The memo case of today was the biggest treason case in the recent hitory of the country after Agartala Conspiracy of 1968, which broke Pakistan.

Instead of punishing the traitors in Agartala sazish, the political parties, courts and the media joined hands against the army to demand the release of traitor Mujeeb ur Rehman and demanded elections. The result was that army was forced to hold elections in an environment where the traitors had taken complete control. The result was a civil war and dismemberment of Pakistan.

Today, the exact repeat is taking place with the Memo scandal. The government is part of this treason. The political parties are supporting the government. Media is already sold out and attacking army and the Supreme Court is dragging the case to the point while the nation continues to slip into the chaos and anarchy. Army and ISI is being surrounded from all sides.

The judicial system of the country has effectively collapsed. In the last 10 years, the judiciary has not punished a single terrorist. But at the same time, the judiciary is attacking army for killing the terrorists in encounters or after court martial. In simple words, the Judiciary is neither punishing the terrorists nor letting the army do the job of securing Pakistan. Since the Chief Justice gave the weak decision on Karachi violence, over 450 people have died in target killings by the same political parties whom the CJ had refused to punish. Now who is responsible for the bloodshed in Karachi now? Should the army watch or do something? But the government, judiciary and the media remain silent attacking the army only.

Multiple cases have been initiated against ISI in Supreme Court and in other courts but the real cases of treason and terrorism are NOT being decided by the Supreme Court or lower courts. CJ will be answerable to Allah (swt) for this delay which is harming Pak Sarzameen and Ummat e Rasul (sm). Asghar Khan had sided with Mujeeb ur Rehman in Agartala sazish in 1968. Now the same Asghar Khan has joined hands with Imran Khan and is attacking the ISI in Supreme Court but he is silent on Memo treason by the government. Isn’t this strange that all political parties are now silent on Memo?

In these critical times, even Imran is blaming and attacking army for violence in tribal areas and does not hold the TTP/CIA/RAW responsible for violence and war against Pakistan. Imran is also not making any distinction between TTP and Afghan Taliban and giving the perception that TTP is a million strong tribal army of Pakistani Pashtuns. This is totally false and disinformation. TTP are just a few thousand terrorists supported by RAW/CIA and DO NOT represent either the Afghan Taliban or the tribals who are loyal to Pakistan. These statements of Imran are severely hurting the army and Pakistan’s war against TTP Kharjis in these most critical times.

The army is now in an extremely difficult situation. It trusted the Supreme Court to be firm on memo scandal and NRO. Instead, the cases are being dragged without decision and the government remains busy in robbing, looting and plundering the nation ruthlessly.

Now what can army do? If the army continues to wait for the SC to deliver justice, the enemies would overrun the country and damage it to the point of no return. Else, army can move in and arrest the traitors in Memo case and court martial them as the SC is not doing this. This would mean a Martial Law. Now we can either save the illegal, immoral and corrupt demon-cracy or save the country through a direct military intervention. The media and the political parties are actually at war with the nation and the SC in no mood to decide while the country burns. The traitors in Memo case rule Pakistan today and would never let justice prevail while they are in power. They are accused and must be arrested.

We do not know how the army would respond under these most dangerous circumstances. It is still waiting for the SC to decide but it will not wait forever. If the SC does not do its constitutional duty, the army must defend Pakistan by all means and ways – and ruthlessly.

InshAllah, Allah will never let these snakes harm this Pak Sarzameen. But the traitors and snakes are being exposed and their sinister games monitored by the patriots. Stay firm and stay united and do not fall for any propaganda, lies and disinformation against Pak army and ISI. Every enemy and idiot is attacking them now when we are in a desperate war. InshAllah Khair. Do not despair and do your duty. The time for sacrifice, courage and passion is now!

  • Khalid bin Waleed says:

Musharaf is responsible for all this. He had a great opportunity but he chose to save his seat and power over Pakistan. He destroyed the reputation of the whole army. The drones, spies, aids, kickbacks and starting a war on Pakistani borders in order to get better life for their children in American homes.
Democracy is a scam. Unless call for Allah’s system is not raised and seeked we will only go to even more desperate situation. The freemasons in Pakistan must be eliminated publicly. So that people see justice being served.

  • Imran says:

I am from Quetta and everybody here knows that Cheaf Injustice iftikhar and Supreme Court Injustice Javed Iqbal were very corrupt people. Any one who put a white English wig on his head in the Pakistan Supreme court is still slave to gora masters and works for them. And as far as Injustice Javed Iqbal his father was worst kind of Moneylender in the city, destroyed so may lives by first giving poor needy person money and than charging very high interst on it. So don’t expect any good comming out of Pakistan Supreme Court until we have these people in it.

  • excalibur says:

Worth noting that the notorious trio of Aitzaz Ahsan , Asma Jehangir and Akram Shaikh who were in the vanguard of foisting back corrupt CJ Chaudhry by unconstitutional means of street thuggery are now again in the forefront ,defending crooks and criminals like Zardari, Gilani, Haqqani and Mansoor Ejaz.

The whole world knows they are all guilty beyond any shadow of doubt but yet the three blackcoats ( Turncoats ) are unashamedly attempting to bail them out on ‘technical grounds’ or open threats instead of supporting and striving for the cause of justice and to critically expose the traitors.

If the Nation still does not wake up and wise up to such a mafia, Pakistan ka Khuda hi Hafiz.

  • Muhammad Tariq says:

Very Painful story and its tru against our politician. They’re never loyel to the coutry regardless having briberry.
Military has still the potential to save the country from this fate belly…

    Pakistan Zindaabad

  • Kahal Ahkab says:

Once again all are unpatriotic but the ARMY. height of biasedness. Dear Author, if CJ and others are answerable to ALLAH, then Kiyani and Pasha are also answerable to ALLAH. and mind you all, that these generals are going to be in for some real fun on the day of judgement for being the most unpatriotic people ever to grace this nation. To name a few Raymond Davis case, OBL killing, NRO, Mehran base etc all trace to our ARMY.

Now Publish this if you got any ethics of journalism.

  • Nahmed says:

We need Pakistan and people of Pakistan to flourish, either by a civilian or by a soldier. Both are the sons of this motherland and have right to do their best for the country. Democracy or No democracy have no meaning for the people at large.

  • Ali Alamzeb - Keeping Pakistan First And Foremost :-) says:

    Just a few points :

    * Memogate does exist. Zardari and his cronies wanted to reign in the military and compromise the nuclear assets. A figure of $100b was to be pledged to Pakistan for economic development and Zardari’s eyes glistened. This money would never have reached Pakistan. The ’sacrifice’ would have been catastrophic for Pakistan’s existence.

    * Mansoor Ijaz was used as part of a ’sting’ operation by the CIA and was actually telling the truth. Nawaz Sharif conveniently hijacked the memogate by taking it to court and making it a national issue so that he could further destabilise the government and force early elections. Although memogate was a national issue, it could have been dealt with in a better way. As a nation, we were washing our dirty linen in public :(

    * NS met Mansoor Ijaz in London and persuaded him not to come to Pakistan – The US also played it’s role. Another interesting figure in all this is Shaukat Aziz who also spoke to Mansoor Ijaz and advised him not to travel to Pakistan. Interestingly, it was the Punjab’s PML-N government, namely Shahbaz Sharif, that promised MI security once in Pakistan, whilst Rehman Malik was issuing threats like hot cakes – why ? It was an effort by PML-N to destabilise the PPP government further and deliver a decisive blow.

    * A secret DEAL was done by the PPP/PML-N/Army/Judiciary – Memogate will be dropped. HH will be allowed off the hook and early elections will be called, most likely August/September. Judiciary will not pursue memogate with the zeal and fervour it was once demonstrating. Pasha might be asked by COAS to extend his tenure for another, although he has expressed aversion to this and frankly I think he has had enough. Government would not be able to refuse an extension if asked. However, I also suspect the military has it’s own new DG ISI and COAS waiting and the government will not stand in the way if and when they are appointed, this could be part of the deal. The army has probably been assured a healthy budget too ;)

    * Musharraf cannot and will not return – DG ISI recently conveyed his concerns to Musharraf at a meeting in Dubai, ‘Sir don’t come back’ – At this moment in time, Musharraf is considered a liability and his return could further destabilise Pakistan, something we can ill afford. Musharraf has not got the assurances he wanted for his return to Pakistan, namely by Army, Saudia, UAE and US so he’s pretty much stuck in his flat in Dubai indefinitely. My personal hunch is that he will not return at all because the judiciary and media will flay him and there is little the Army could do to help unless they saw him of some use at this stage of his life – Musharraf is not getting any younger and nor is he drinking any less :D

Basic point : ALL are bastards and are protecting their vested interests – NO ONE really cares for Mumliqat e Pakistan :( There is only so much the Army can do. They cannot takeover the reigns of government, that would be suicidal so they are biding their time. Our Army has come out of memogate looking bruised and that is why they cannot force a constitutional change right now. The Army was calling the shots up to a few weeks ago but the game has since changed. The media is irresponsible as ever and should have shown patriotism over memogate but there are elements on the inside that have been bought, no one should be under any illusions about this. Mehrangate was deliberately and conveniently thrown up to catch the Army off guard so the politicians could blackmail the military – they and their ‘democracy’ has succeeded. The tussle between PPP/PML-N continues. I detect a conspiracy in the Lahore deaths – I think it was deliberately done by PPP to get revenge on PML-N for taking memogate to the SC. Think about it, it makes perfect sense if your a dirty Pakistani politician ;)

    What next ?

Imran will keep growing. Remember you can’t fool ALL the public – people like him because of his principled stand on lifting the economy and eradicating corruption. He believes in a welfare state. Let’s hope he is not bought. China has promised him investment on a grand scale in Pakistan if he can control the corruption and curb extremism and terrorism – the TWO main factors holding back foreign investment in our country. The youth comprises of a 100 million in our country and it is sick of the political system. We are talking about 5th and 6th generation Pakistani’s here. Imran has the support of the youths and the middle classes. NS has a sound economic team (Ishaq Dar) and should seriously think about an alliance with Imran BUT…. Imran will insist on declaration of assets so where will that leave NS ? Imran Khan has his moments but he is the nations best hope right now. Let’s wish him luck and wholeheartedly help him in changing and rebuilding our beloved Pakistan, Inshallah :)

Memogate should have been used to set a precedent for bastard politicians. The judiciary and media had a golden to chance to win the hearts of disillusioned Pakistanis but a beautiful opportunity has been squandered. It is not yet clear what was bartered in exchange for brushing memogate under the carpet, let’s wait and see.

Pakistan shall endure and it will survive, no doubt.
