Raymond Davis Case: JuD locations found marked on Davis’ GPS device

PKKH Breaking News Exclusive | Dan Qayyum

LAHORE – Pakistani authorities are investigating whether Jama’at-ud-Dawa chief Hafiz Mohammad Saeed was an intended assassination target for the US contractor Raymond Davis, arrested in Lahore recently after shooting dead two Pakistani citizens in broad daylight.

Davis, presently in custody of Pakistani authorities, is reported to be part of a larger network of a US ‘Special Activities Division’ that works as part of the US Central Intelligence Agency’s National Clandestine Service. This unit operates without apparent national identification and carries out highly sensitive tasks including surveillance of important targets, assembling and operating assassination squads as well as taking part in assassinations of high value targets. Recent releases of classified documents by Wikileaks and Bob Woodward’s book ‘Obama’s Wars’ also strongly indicate the presence of highly trained US operatives on specific assassination assignments in Pakistan.

‘We’re still investigating but it increasingly appears that he (Davis) was not alone but part of a ‘death squad’ which had been assigned specific tasks. Its a slow process but he’s definitely talking’, said an official on condition of anonymity.

The shooting incident took place close to Chowbarji chowk and the famous Anarkali Bazar – located at 31°32′55N 74°18′54E. Chowbarji is the intersection where Qadsia Masjid, which often serves as JuD’s regional office, is located.

Items confiscated at the time of Raymond Davis’ arrest include a highly sophisticated model of Garmin GPS navigation tool – same as the ones being used in Afghanistan by US forces to mark and communicate locations and routes. Among the pre-marked targets saved on this GPS device were the Qadsia Masjid in Lahore, JuD’s headquarters in Muridke, Sialkot Cantonment, as well as a number of other civilian and military locations in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

A Pakistani TV channel yesterday broadcasted photographs that were taken from Davis’ camera, which included photos of sensitive areas and defence installations. Photos of the strategic “Qila Bilahisar”, the headquarters of the paramilitary Frontier Corps in Peshawar, and Pakistan Army bunkers on the eastern border with India were found in the camera.

Also confiscated at the time of arrest was Davis’ satellite phone on which he is said to have been in direct communication from contacts outside Pakistan. These phones are usually safe for classified communication as they cannot be intercepted locally.

Hafiz Mohammad Saeed is the founder of Jama’at-ud-Dawa – a Pakistani charity blamed by India for carrying out the November 2008 Mumbai attacks. Saeed has denied having anything to do with the attacks. On October 12  2009, the Lahore High Court quashed all cases on the grounds of lack of evidence against Hafiz Muhammad Saeed and set him free.

This image shows GPS device in red circle that is marking the route

This is the chuburji Chowk, few steps away is Qadsia Masjid

One thing that NO ONE mentioned about this image. This Petrol station of PSO is opposite to the main enterance of the Masjid, hardly 20 ft.

He is a mercenary & a hired killer l. Davis should not be allowed to leave Pakistan and should be tried and punished like a criminal because that’s what he is.

  • Inder says:

Do Pakipolice ever investigate anything or do they just specialise in leaking stuff?

Oh – by the way, condolences for the 2 ISI personnel who Davis killed. Since ISI was the top intelligence agency in that fake list released a year ago – I wonder what you guys think that a single American special forces (retired) person could easily ‘take care’ of them.

And condolences for the wife of one of the dead chappies (who was paid to commit suicide – proper news from a colleague who’s dad is in the Paki Army)

    • ali caan says:

@ISI officer’s or not its still cold blooded murder, a retired special forces officer or not ITS STILL COLD BLOODED MURDER!! The americans dont seem to think so they emphasise he is one of there diplomats, also has your very limited intellect ever concieved as to why a retired ameican special forces operative is on holiday in Pakistan especially when anti american sentiment is high and media reports of private american contractors operating in pakistan are rife, this is as plausible of an al qaida memeber holidaying in washington, your stupidity knows know boundaries.
And as for the “proper news” of the wife of one of the deceased being paid to committ suicide because “a colleague who’s dad is in the Paki Army” told u so well an indian colnel, a son of an ex india prime minister, the widow of the head of the ATS in india and many other indians told ME! that 26/11 was ochestrated by the fanatical indian authorities,. Hows that for “proper news!”

      • Inder says:

I thought everyone knew that. 26/11 was carried out by RAW and Kasab is actually called Ram Singh….. perhaps you never got the memo

      • Striver says:

        ALI CAAN

It is quite clear from the reports that these were not ISI operatives. The American who said this was merely speculating. That is all.

That these Americans are allowed play out Rambo in the streets of Pakistan says a lot about our leadership and its qualities.

Oh here’s a bit of interesting information:
Mahatma Gandhi lusted after Mountbatten’s wife but she wasn’t interested in a man who could not even tie a small lion-cloth properly and not much to hide.

    • Ali Alamzeb - Keeping Pakistan First And Foremost says:

      @ Inder

      Only one word for you – You’re one ‘fitna-baaz’ of a bass-taaaaaarrrd!

    • paki cactus says:

freakin lol at ur idiotic views
      paid suicide

      freakin rofl

  • Jasim says:

Good work by Pakistan police and ISI….

they have thwarted a big plan of USA spy network…

INSHALLAH this will lead to more arrest and if not arrest atleast a decrease in the activities of terrorist activities carried out by the American backed people…

Also now the Pak government , police and ISI will be looking at each american with high suspicion! and I wouldnt be surprised if ISI and Army have already sent out agents to keep an eye out for these bastards!

  • Ali Alamzeb - Keeping Pakistan First And Foremost says:

No Mercy – This is an examination of the resolve of the Pakistani nation.

We MUST NOT buckle under pressure from the Americans or certain ministers in the government who want to acquiesce with them. The case is with the Supreme Court, the only one institution i trust in the country, mainly because of the boldness of the CJP. There is NO WAY the US will break relations with us, Pakistan is critically needed in the WOT and the post war settlement across the Durand Line, not to mention 80% of the NATO supply lines passing through our territory. We are INDISPENSABLE.

The Americans will huff, puff and bluff all day and night because they know the government is weak and subservient to them. We must not show any sign of weakness. RD will remain in Pakistan and he WILL be tried. Almighty Allah has presented us with a magnificent opportunity to exploit and gain political leverage over the US for the time being. Let’s not squander it. If we stick to our guns, something great will emerge from this that will be in the nest interests of Pakistan. A precedent needs to be set with this man and what he has done. Americans think Pakistani blood is cheap, it isn’t. This will sound out a warning to the US that enough is enough, we will protect our interests. I have a suspicion that Kayani is playing a secret role behind the scenes, maybe ensuring that RD doesn’t get off scot free, after all many listen to the General who knows what he’s talking about.

Media channels have probably been given the green light to whip up a frenzy and create maximum awareness of this case and it’s gravity. The average man on the street knows what RD did and what the real motives of him and his team were. They are part of clandestine American operations in our country using US Special Forces, working in tandem with the CIA, to wreak havoc in our cities. We have Chacha Musharraf & Co. and Asif Zardari to thank for this. BB knew about this conspiracy (the great game being hatched against Pakistan) and when she spoke up and returned to Pakistan, thus violating her agreeement with Pervez Musharraf, Musharraf had her killed as the stakes for his political survival were very high. I said all along Musharraf was NOT what he made out ot be – anyway that’s another argument for another purple day.

It will be a sad day for Pakistani’s if RD is released and secretly whisked out of Pakistan :( some solutions:

    1. Get rid of the PPP government.

    2. Have a military coup and install a new government within 90 days. How? Take the best MP’s from each party (not all members of PPP/PML-N/PML-Q/MQM are corrupt and bad, there are some real patriotic people in there too, don’t forget). Such people are not hard to find, talent is everywhere but just make sure it isn’t tainted, corrupt or has a feudal background. I use the word ‘coup’ very carefully. The Army Chief doesn’t come to power and become ‘De Facto’ leader, as in conventional coups, but the Armed Forces jointly control the country – similiar to Egypt. Maybe a team of three top Generals : The COAS, The CJCSC & The DG ISI are in charge for a short period. One person would make it look like a dictatorship and internationally there would be no legtimacy – it’s an idea, not necessarily a solution.

    3. Have an interim ‘National’ government with the sole aim of uplifting Pakistan’s economical woes.

    4. why not give Imran Khan a chance to govern? Notice he is really talking the talk these days and has many wonderful idea’s. He is politically naive sometimes but if given the chance, he can do wonders for Pakistan with the right team and people behind him.

    5. Such people are not hard to find, talent is everywhere but just make sure it isn’t corrupt or has a feudal background,

Now watch ‘Inder’ say something stupid regarding this article.. lol :D

    • Striver says:

You’re back !! great to read your comments. However,

      I DISAGREE:
      1. INTERIM NATIONAL GOVERNMENT: As the name implies an interim government’s tenure will be short term, can it really put into place policies that need long-term planning? I suspect not. However, what an interim governments starts must be carried on by the in-coming elected government and the policies must be planned and implemented by technocrats.

I know your dislike for “Chacha” Musharaf but Musharaf under him it was the technocrats who ensured phenomenal growth of Pakistan’s IT industry and generally the growth rate was around 6-8%, Karachi Stock Exchange performed brilliantly.

In other words: get technocrats in whether its the interim or elected government.

      2. PLEASE ALI, I did not expect this from you. There are no ‘best MPs’ in any party. So I think this is out of the question. We need completely new faces and tried and tested. These faces have failed and need to be discarded.

I could go on but it would become long and boring.

      I AGREE:
      1. Give Imran Khan a chance. He has a following of many intellectuals and technocrat.

  • Striver says:

Those shameless people who think Pakistanis are predisposed to conspiracy theories must now fall silent.

Evidence is emerging to vindicate Pakistanis. There IS cooperation between the evil-troika, Hindustan-Israel-America, running abreast causing death and destruction in Pakistan.

It is intended by Allah SwT and the glad tidings conveyed by our beloved Nabi-Allah SAW of amazing fate for Pakistan and it’s people, and Muslims in general – we will see this in our lifetime, InshaAllAH.

Having said that, all this has to come at a price – great sacrifices have to be made by all of us: ISLAAM ZINDA HAUTA HAI HAR KARBALA K BAAD – the very notion of Pakistan’s inception is linked and intertwined with ISLAAM. It’s just a matter of time: have faith, supplicate after the 5 daily salaah and soon we shall see fruition of PAKISTAN ISLAMIC SUPER-STATE, inshaAllah.

Regarding INDER above, a solitary soul having no friends or associates, let him bark…eventually mad dogs tire themselves and wander off into the unknown (NO INSULT INTENDED INDER). this guy Allen is the JuD handler ….he is their contact , money provider, strategic handler, planner, runner, katsa call it what you want ….meaning the other guy alleged in the Mumbai was proven to be an American agent ….David Headley …remember !!

Now we dont have to like the Indians …but me thinks ….the Americans feed the JuD etc to keep tensions b/w Pak and Indians ….ask any Indian about David Headley …!!

  • Amir Murtaza says:

    Aslam-O-Aliykum,

I already wrote before and still claiming that:

Americans and Indianans are working together to attack Pakistan. With in next 5 years they will attack Lahore and Sialkot. Americans will provide internal intelligence by their consulate in Lahore and Indian Army will be the beneficiaries as of their cold doctrine.
People like Raymond Davis are penetrating Lahore and Sialkot by buying poor people and developing local army or ‘death scud’ within the cities.
I know no one will believe me and Lahore and Sialkot will be invaded.
But after that it will be our turn.

    Allah Hafiz

    • Ali Alamzeb - Keeping Pakistan First And Foremost says:

      @ Amir Murtaza

The theory is partially correct ;) Yes, they have plans to sorround and attack us, but there is another ‘force’ who is the best of planners and plotters and we Pakistani’s rely on his might.

One theory is the Eastern sector (like you said), the other is the Balochistan coast and the third scenario is the Western corridor, maybe via Peshawar. However, ALL three will be thwarted Inshallah. Unfortunately, the ill fated Airblue flight that crashed over Islamabad last year was a part of the jigsaw puzzle – the plan, if enacted in the way the Americans wanted, could have triggered something disastrous. The US was DIRECTLY invloved and this is not a conspiracy ’spin off’ or rumour – let me put it in simple words, the US is a complete and utter bastard (along with it’s new girlfriend India) and are out to cause maximum damage to Pakistan and it’s nuclear status and the prestige this carries. General Kayani recently told a private gathering about his deep mistrust of the US and what it’s goals REALLY are. The Army and ISI are alert to the threat perceptions and believe me, the anti-Americanism in our country will hit new heights in the coming months and this is good for Pakistan – one more step towards cutting lose of our premiscuous ‘ally’.

  • Alert says:

Alert @ PKKH please post this Article of speach of Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Ch.

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere: CJP

Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Ch has said that administration of justice generates a feeling of satisfaction in the people and thereby promotes social peace. If the lamp of justice becomes broken then there will be great darkness. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
Addressing at the Supreme Court Bar association here on Saturday Chief Justice said the legal fraternity serves the nation through dispensing justice to all segments of society and all manner of people.
“The administration of justice has always been a covetous objective of a civilized government. But the importance given to it by Islam may well be gathered from the fact that “Justice” is considered to be an attribute of God and the administration of Justice, as the performance of a religious duty”, the CJP said.
He said the State by itself is an abstract entity; it is manifested through the functioning of its three major institutions namely legislature, executive and judiciary. These organs are the creation of the supreme law of the State known as the Constitution. These organs have specified spheres of functioning. In their respective areas, each organ is sovereign and supreme, and so far as it remains confined to the area of operation, no interjection from any other organ or institution is permissible. But if so happens, there is a recourse provided to end such interjection.
To this extent the judicial organ is empowered to act as a referee. It may be stated that though the judiciary itself is also an organ of the State and as such, is required to perform somewhat difficult task of having to sit in judgment over the functioning or performance of State organs. The prohibition on exceeding limits or areas of operations, is binding on all organs including the judiciary. Long ago, this Court settled the controversy through one of its celebrated judgment in the case of State v Zia ur Rehman by ruling that the Court too is subservient to the Constitution and its power to hear and determined, is subject to limitations contained therein and can be exercised only with regard to the subject over which it is given jurisdiction. In other words, while adjudicating upon disputes and conflicts among institutions, the Court exercises judicial power, as mandated by the Constitution. However in doing so, the Court is also obligated to determine the extent of and limits to its own jurisdiction.
The CJP said the challenges posed by the present-day realities require a well thought out strategy to steer the state ship through the troubled waters in a smooth and cohesive way/manner. In the context of third world, more so Pakistan, it becomes incumbent upon the judiciary to stick to the constitutional norms and ensure that other State organs and their functionaries also follow the constitutional principles and abide by its dictates.
He said the Court needs to interpret the constitution and the law in a manner that the stability of democratic system, political dispensation, economic development, peace and security are upheld and further strengthened. There are no short cuts to acquiring strong democratic norms and values as well as economic growth and social progress in society. We ought to develop a culture of democratic values including resolution of conflicts through dialogue, policy of give and take to evolve and carry forward national agenda for attaining economic growth, tolerating dissent and criticism for bringing about uniformity on national issues, constantly striving to remove disparity or discrimination from society and endeavoring for public wellbeing and happiness. To achieve these grand objectives of the democratic system, the State organs and institutions must compliment one another.
The Constitutional framers provide the constitution in broad and flexible terms to create such a dynamic instrument. It is up to the Court now to take the pragmatic view while interpreting the Constitution according to the changing needs of the society, the CJP said.
The Lawyer’ Movement , with assistance of civil society, played pivotal role, in collaboration with the independent media, which created an atmosphere in which such a transition not only occurred, but left a deep impact on the public opinion with regard to the appreciation of democratic values and rule of law. The successful Lawyers’ Movement has brought the lawyers of this Country in different standing. They now face new challenges. The Bench and the Bar have to respond to such challenges. It is high time to respond to the aspirations of citizens of the country in delivering quick and inexpensive justice, he said.
He said the independent judiciary is correlated with the democratic system, as both of them go side by side; the existence of one is indispensable for the other. Our Constitution in its Preamble also emphasizes that independence of judiciary shall be fully secured. An impartial and impendent judiciary is the corner stone of our Constitution.
The CJP said the Supreme Court of Pakistan has decided hundred of cases of public importance in the last few years, to uphold the rule of law including abduction/kidnapping, rape, gang rape, illegal dispossession, illegal detention, excess committed by public officials, torture inflicted by the Police officials, environmental degradation, financial corruption etc. In pursuance of orders of this Court billions of rupees have been recovered and deposited in the public exchequer in the cases of Bank of Punjab, Rental Power Projects, National Insurance Company Limited, etc. Furthermore, compensation was paid to the owner of flats and depositors in the housing schemes and refund of amounts collected from pilgrims for provided requisite accommodation and facility to pilgrims.
The judicial organ as a custodian of the constitution has to ensure that the laws are implemented properly in strict conformity with the constitutional norms. Strict adherence to the constitutional norms leads the nation towards prosperity and establishment of Rule of Law in a Country.
Terming Bar as a vital pillar of the administration of justice system he said it is the duty of every member of the Bar, being the officer of the Court, at all times to uphold the dignity and high standing of his profession.

  • Mubashir says:

    Dear All

India not US is after JUD. JUD keeps threatening India to prepare for war and not the US.

I think we are conducting court proceedings with scant evidence and wisdom dicates we wait for the trial to proceed and see what comes out.

We have our own agents in different parts of the world including conducting intelligence activities as well. That is the way countries take measures to safeguard their interests.

That said, if Davis has no diplomatic immunity then the law should take it’s course because when you play with fire, you can get burnt. Acting in self defence is another matter beause the kind of lawlessness that exists in the country, any Pakistani with balls would have done the same if pulled over to be robbed/kidnapped.

We need to wait for facts to come out as we end up speculating and making assumptions.

  • gotya says:

Why should US man Davis attack JuD chief Saieed ? this can benefit India not US.IF US CAN SOLVE INDIA’S PROBLEM, IT IS HIGHLY WELCOME.No need for Indian RAW then. This also means that Saeed is helping Taliban and Alquada as well.US is not igorant about it.All hardcore militants who are protected by Pakistani govt and ISI can be target of US secret blackwater.Good luck.

  • Ghaznavi says:

How can people be so naive in claiming that US is not against JUD. There are tons of evidences that US and Israel are hell-bent to strike JUD and LET due to their global outreach and their level of Ability both Social, Political and their Precision attacks on Indian Army in Kashmir. They have blown out of proportion the LASHKAT THREAT to the world number of times, especially after Mumbai Attacks. Check out these links,

This notion is beyond doubt that CIA-RAW-MOSSAD nexus is against all those entities & people who haven influence on the ongoing conflicts in Kashmir,Afghanistan and Palestine.

  • Ali Alamzeb - Keeping Pakistan First And Foremost says:

    @ Striver

Salaam Striver Jee. I hope you are well by the grace and blessings of Almighty Allah. My dear brother, it’s great to be back! Thank you for the comments. Allow me to clarify a couple of points.

    1. I mean’t exactly what you were trying to say. Actually, there is no point of an interim national government if it’s policies aren’t inherited and continued by an elected government. Please forgive me – my fault for not explaining precisely what I mean’t!

    2. Technocrats? It’s not a bad idea but even they start dabbling with other parties and getting their fingers in other pies – There is so much talent in Pakistan. Some of our parties contain some good qnd patriotic politicians but the problem is that they don’t have enough clout in their parties so as to induce change. There is no doubt about their love for our country. I agree with you, new faces are needed instead of tried and tested ones albeit without a feudal or political background. There are many being groomed right now, specifically for this purpose.

    3. Yes, the economy was stable and there was 7% growth during Chacha Jee’s tenure. However, a dictators regime is always characterised by some initial growth otherwise how would they justify and sell their regime to the public? Economy statistics are often fiddled with and manipulated too and this is the hallmark of dictatorial regines. I don’t deny for a second that Musharraf’s Pakistan was better than Zardaris & Rehman Malik’s Pakistan!!! Look at Saddam Hussain and the Iraqi oil boom of the 80’s, ultimately he squandered those gains. Mubarak in Egypyt – built up his military machine, economy was doing well minus the last few years but then look at the discontent of his people and the concessions he made to the Israeli’s. Mubarak was America’s insurance policy in the Middle East vis a vis Israel and now that he’s been removed, it’s going to be a whole new ball game in that region as Iran gains more and more influence. More examples in history include Franco, Musolini, Hitler, more recently Idi Amin and even Mugabe – ALL did some good things but ultimately left their respective countries in ruins. You agree? Musharraf’s only saving grace, if there is any, is probably the economy but look at the country when he left it. We were destabilised. Electricity and gas shortages were rife, Balochistan was burning and extremists were running amuck in our cities. ALL these problems ruined the initial gains that were made and ALL happened right under his nose. Musharraf’s military junta and then his ‘democratic’ King’s party, the PML-Q were corrupt too, only on a lesser scale. They made millions from the sale of National assets. Anyway, I’m deviating from the main topic here lol! :-D

Suffice to say, Imran Khan is the BEST option at the moment. Yes, he’s a new face, he’s honest, upright, intensely patriotic, maybe lacks political guile but throw him in at the deep end and let him swim – I’m sure he’ll perform and great things are expected of him – notice he has been using the word ‘revolution’ a lot recently. My hunch is that the he is already being groomed by the ‘powers that be’ and I bet this gentleman will sweep the polls in 2013 – INSHALLAH! Let’s see. Like you said a few weeks ago, the next year and a half is massive. Wishing you well my Brother. Regards & Duwa’s!

    Ali

  • spsyed says:

American politicians don’t want Raymond Allen David to face the music for his crimes in Pakistan. They want Davis to evade justice because the court trial in Pakistan would open Pandora’s Box and set a precedent for future trials. Davis does not have diplomatic immunity. The trial would expose other American misdeeds in Pakistan and elsewhere. Pakistan courts have the right to rule on the crminal case without any fear or favour, blackmails, threats, economic sanctions and political pressures. The courts would become laughing stock if in this case they cave in. Davis may be released after his conviction only when American politicians close down all covert operations in Pakistan, stop drone attacks, write off all debts, etc. After his trial and conviction, Pakistan must expel all American members of Delta Force from the country and try their Organge Force mercenaries; seal Afghan-Pak border; and stop the American-NATO terror supply line between Pakistan and Afghanistan… Would that help stop false flags, and bring down or undo the PNAC’s American empire?

  • now an American newspaper also accept that divas is a hired killer of American CIA ……

  • yahyah says:

@ pkkh kindly can u tell me if the last pic is also taken by the christian terrorist raymond davis??????

in the last pic there is motorbic and are these 2 guys who got killed by raymond davis??????

  • spsyed says:

American under cover agent Raymond Allen Davis was masterminding more terrorist activities in Pakistan, according to his retrieved telephone call logs. Top-secret CIA documents show that Davis (born 02 Oct 1974) was providing nuclear fissile material and biological agents to groups of banned terrorists, killers and bombers hired by the USA government officials as part of the 915 year old Christian crusade, or the NWO-PNAC mission to destabilise and disarm Pakistan. Davis was employed by the American under cover agencies, but this information is still withheld on the gag orders of American politicians and NWO-PNAC fans. The documents show Davis had links with the terrorists, working on the CIA’s plan to sabotage, destabilise and disarm Pakistan. Davis also worked for clandestine American Task Force 373 (TF 373), Blackwater XE, DynaCorp and other under cover American agencies still operating in Pakistan and Afghanistan. TF373 (Delta Force) is assigned to hire locals (Orange Force) to plant bombs in Pakistan, destabilise and leave the country without adequate defense. Davis, his gang of terrorists and through various front organisations were deeply involved in activities detrimental to Pakistan’s national interests. All this and more makes it an uncompromising national security issue in Pakistan.

Davis killed two men in Lahore on 27 Jan 2011. Eyewitnesses and police probes prove that the two murders were not in self defence. Even the alleged self defence does not mean licence to kill and evade justice. Moreover, Davis never applied for and nor was he ever approved (by the Pakistan government) as having diplomatic immunity. Besides, according to a letter dated 20 Jan 2011 from the USA embassy in Islamabad, asked Pakistan foreign ministry to grant or extend Davis’ non-diplomatic business visa. So, Davis, who was on business visit visa, does not have diplomatic immunity from criminal prosecution in Pakistan. However, undue pressure (blackmails) by the US senator John Kerry (chairman of senate committee for foreign affairs and an ex-president candidate) has ‘convinced’ Pakistan government officials and politicians to provide forged diplomatic immunity documents to the courts in the country.

American politicians don’t want Davis to face the music for his crimes in Pakistan.
American politicians want Davis to evade justice because the court trial in Pakistan would open Pandora’s Box and set a precedent for future prosecutions. Davis was second-in-comm-and to Jonathan Banks, the former CIA station chief in Pakistan. Banks, who ordered hundreds of drone or bomb attacks on Pakistan, fled the country after his cover was blown. The threatened trials would expose other American misdeeds in Pakistan and elsewhere. Pakistan courts have the right to rule on the criminal case without any fear or favour, blackmails, threats, economic sanctions and political pressures. Allowing Davis to evade justice and get away with the murders would lead to a revolution or uprising in Pakistan. The courts would become laughing stock if they don’t detect the forgeries or if they cave in.

Davis must be released only after his trials and conviction and only when American politicians:
    a) close down all covert operations in Pakistan;
    b) stop illegal drone attacks forever; and
    c) write off $60 billion debts, etc.

In order to avert popular uprising and reduce American-sponsored terrorism, Pakistan must expel all Delta Force (CIA-Pentagon, XE-Blackwater, Dynacorp etc) from the country immediately, prosecute and convict their hired Orange Force mercenaries (local paid bombers and killers); Seal Afghan-Pak border; stop the NWO American-NATO-PNAC terror supply line between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Would that help stop false flags, and bring down or undo the PNAC’s American empire, without a long trillion dollar war, lies and war crimes?

In the final analysis, is it time to review deeply flawed American foreign policies to win billions of hearts and minds? After all, with friends like that, who needs foes?
