i think isi truly deserves this rank. it’s just because of isi that pakistan is surviving in these crucial and threatening circumstances.and for mr kumar the no. of people dying due to hunger in india is much much greater than that of pakistans. and also for your knowledge isi is one of the least funded agency out of the top ten and india is spending a lot lot more than us on it’s raw. now you should tell me that at what cost they are spending that much money when every day many people are dying there due to hunger and major living facilities but still on no. 9 very far off from isi’s no.1. ha ha ha please don’t cryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Thats Right. The rating looks a misguided one or miscalculated one. Despite of our patriotism, reality should be faced. If it be a top most agency let it be, but the purpose must be fulfilled without looking at the rating chart. I doubt that the rating chart is prepared without research. By the way the best is the winner only……

Stupid topic and foolish ratings. They are not able to timely point out hundreds of suicide attacks within the country. How could you even think to say its the best. It WAS the best agency but only till the USSR Invasion of Afghanistan. Hard reality is that countries like Saudia Arabia etc now have have far better intelligence agencies than us.
Its good to be patriotic but patriotism should not drive us away from our problem and weaknesses.
